These conditions govern the purchase of digital services (memberships, featured ads) and physical products (merchandise) on IconicDrive.com, owned by Rafael Capella Caballer, East-State Group, VAT ID: 52949973V.

Services offered:

  • Monthly or annual membership plans
  • Highlighted listings (Featured, TOP, Bump-Up)
  • IconicDrive-branded merchandise

Process:

  1. User selects service/product
  2. Fills in required info
  3. Pays via secure gateway
  4. Confirmation is emailed

Payments: Prices include taxes. Payment via Stripe or other secure methods.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Digital services: Non-refundable once activated.
  • Merchandise: Returns accepted within 14 calendar days (unused, original packaging). Return shipping is paid by buyer unless defective.

Right of withdrawal: For physical products only, following EU rules.
